Dress:
Whites or matching colored team shirts with sleeves and collars and matching shorts, skorts, trousers or slacks. Skorts or shorts must not be more than three inches above the knee. Flat soled shoes only. SKIP TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS/HER TEAM’S ATTIRE.
$45.00 per team to be received by January 8th 2012. No refund will be given for cancellation after January 15th 2012.
TEAM: All entrants must be members of USLBA/SOUTHEAST DIVISION or World Bowls Affiliated Club. (If resident in the Southeast Division for more than Thirty (30) days then entrants must be USLBA/SED members).

TOURNAMENT: Will consist of 3 Twelve end games starting at 9am. USLBA rules apply.
PRIZES: All entry fees less expenses.
REFRESHMENTS: Will be served in the morning and lunchtime. Please bring own lunch.
Entries will be accepted in the order they are received. Notification of receipt of entry form and fee will be given by email or phone. Please provide these details. When the entry is full, standbys will be notified and placed on a waiting list. The entry fee will be returned if teams are not accommodated. Your full team must be on the entry form together with check, otherwise entry will not be accepted.
